Management | A little description
Generally, the term applies to the bods who actually run a company, manage the employees and make earth-shattering decisions about where it is heading in terms of strategy and future direction. All directors are part of management, but not all of the management are directors. All sorts of fancy titles abound, such as chairperson and chief executive, managing director, executive director, director, etc. The proud bearer of a title is usually in charge of a specific area of the business. The exception is in the City, where directorships are doled out like candy to placate very successful salespeople who want to be in charge, but can’t be because someone else is. This has given City firms, stockbrokers and the like, the celebrated reputation of having more chiefs than Indians.
My Uncle, the traveller.
It's been a while since I've last visited my uncle at his shop. He is one of my favorite uncle. We used to travel a lot when I was still young during vacation. He took me to his business partners around the country. Actually, he got a shop that sells different types of sporting goods and outdoor sports equipments. Different types of merchandise requires different manufacturers. He go straight to the manufacturers because it's much cheaper.
I also likes sports, especially those outdoor one's. I even got my first mountain bike and biking shoes from him. We run a three mile biking every weekends back then. And then he gave me a pair of sneakers for the work outs. He said that it is very important to have a little exercise sometimes to maintain a good health.
Now that he is old, he retired from biking and so as I. Due to busy scheduled I often go to the gym. The last time I've talked to him he asked me to join him on their jogging three times a week. I said that I can't promise to come but I will try. He even offered me a pair of trail running shoes just to go with him. And I said to him that if he will also give a box of chocolates along with the shoes, I will definitely come even everyday and he loughs.
Beautiful sleep
Last several months ago, while I’m watching a certain show in our television, I got interested in their portion showing the different parts of a newly renovated house. The bedroom really caught my attention. It was really wonderful! How I wish, my bedroom turned easily as beautiful as it was. The size and the location of bed really fits the room. I really like the color of the linen kind bed sheet, the unique style of the mattress and the pillows and blanket that match to the color of the bed sheet. But of course they seek the help of an expert, an interior designer to complete the bedding decoration as well as the whole home furnishings.
What I have seen inspired me a lot. Now, I am starting to collect even piece per piece for my bedroom. If I see any decor which I think could make my bedroom beautiful, I make sure to acquire it. I’m counting few months from now, I could make my bedroom wonderful, for me to have a beautiful sleep always.
Brothers’ requests
I am the eldest daughter in our family. We are five siblings. I have a sister and three brothers. Since our father had passed away years ago and my mother has no job, I am now the bread winner of the family. So they depend on me. Currently, I have two brothers still going to school. Both of them are actively participating in school’s extra curricular activities. Our youngest brother is a member of Boy Scouts and his engaging the camping activities. The older one is fund of biking and he is also engaging in some bike exhibition activities. Well, as an eldest sister, I am happy about the sports that keep them busy aside from studying. I am willing to support them as long as I can.
Right now, I am trying to acquire an affordable with better quality things cause my brothers have some requests from me. The youngest one is requesting a new backpack for his camping activities and the older one wanted a new pair of shoes that fits for his biking exhibit.
From my brother’s request which is a new pair of shoes, an idea came to my mind. Since I always do the jogging activity, I will buy a trail running shoes. Maybe I could get some discount. Hopefully.
